Philosophy
Integrity is the foundation for everything we do. Our commitment to honesty, trust, and transparency is what makes us who we are. We do the right thing — even when no one is watching.

Family Values
As a mother to five children, Kimberly has always encouraged her family to be an active participant in the social and economic growth of the community and has led by example. The immense amount of skills, expertise and passion for development are what make Rivage Grandir-Shore Grow such a success. We believe in creating a culture of warmth and belonging, where everyone is welcome.
Together, our family has worked hard to build upon and expand a group of businesses which we are proud to see thriving in our small, devitalized region. We have taken our passion for development, tourism, fisheries and the great outdoors and created a future that has unlimited possibilities.
